PAyPal provides detailed lists for U.S. sellers to protect the projects and transactions that are not covered. If you are outside the United States, check your PayPal user agreement to obtain the list of projects that are not covered by sellers.

If you encounter problems in a PayPal transaction, then you should contact PayPal. Shopify cannot manage or access your PayPal account. Before contact, be sure to be familiar with the specific location user protocol of PayPal.

When you set a payment provider to accept credit card payment, you must handle each payment, so there is usually a delay between the customer's payment order and receiving the payment. After processing the payment, the purchase amount will be transferred to your merchant account.

Other payment providers (such as PayPal) will have their own way to get funds from your customers. Check the services you are using and understand how they will pay you. You can accept artificial payment outside the online checkout, such as bills or bank transfer. Unless you activate Shopify Payments as your payment provider, you will need to charge the transaction fee of all the orders without financial support. This includes all orders from the SHOPIFY checkout system.

How long do you get paid

If you are using Shopify Payments, then you can view the payment period to understand when you will receive the credit card order payment. When you receive a payment of credit card orders, other payment service providers have their own rules. Please consult your provider to understand your payment frequency.

After the payment is sent, your bank may not receive the payment immediately. It may take a few days to deposit in your bank account after paying. If you find a delay in payment, please contact your bank.

You will not receive payment during the bank holiday.

How many rewards do you get

During the online transaction, you can charge a few transactions. For credit card transactions, issuers, universal and credit card companies charge a small amount of use of their services.

If you use Shopify Payments, then any order in your online store will not charge transaction fees. Instead, you will pay the card rate of your Shopify program. If you use a third -party payment provider on Shopify, then Shopify will also charge you for each transaction fee.
